Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game Lumiriver (the “App”) and our partners collect, why, and the choices you have. The App is published by Techmely (“we”, “us”). If you have questions, write to techmely.creation@gmail.com.
In short: Lumiriver has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is stored only on your device. Our advertising, analytics and crash-reporting partners receive device identifiers and usage data so we can show ads, measure the game and fix bugs. You control ad tracking through the consent prompts in the App and your device settings.
1. Information we collect
Stored on your device only
- Game progress: level, coins, stars, boosters, lives, settings (sound, music, vibration, language), purchases you own, and the birth year you enter in the age check.
- This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the App deletes it.
Collected automatically by our partners
| Data | Purpose | Partners |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android) | Showing and measuring ads, attribution, fraud prevention | Google AdMob, AppsFlyer |
| Other device identifiers (IDFV, app-instance IDs) | Analytics, crash reporting | Google Firebase, GameAnalytics, AppsFlyer |
| Device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version, IP address and approximate location derived from it) | Ad delivery, analytics, security | All partners |
| Game events (levels started and finished, boosters used, ads watched, purchases) | Improving the game and balancing difficulty | Firebase, GameAnalytics, AppsFlyer |
| Crash logs and performance data | Fixing bugs | Firebase Crashlytics |
| Purchase receipts | Delivering and restoring purchases | Apple App Store, Google Play (via Unity IAP) |
We never receive your payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
2. Advertising and your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): before any ads load, the App shows Google’s consent form. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency: the App asks for permission before accessing your IDFA. If you decline, the IDFA is not used and ads are not personalised with it. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Rewarded videos are always optional. Buying Remove Ads or the Starter Pack turns off interstitial and banner ads.
- US state privacy laws: you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising by declining tracking/consent as described above or by emailing us.
3. Children
Lumiriver is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. On first launch, the App asks for your birth year. If you are under 13 (or the age required in your country), the App only shows non-personalised ads, never asks for tracking permission, and tells our ad partners to treat you as a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help delete it.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We rely on your consent for personalised advertising and tracking, and on our legitimate interests for analytics, crash reporting, security and non-personalised advertising that keeps the game free.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the partners listed above, who process it under their own privacy policies, and when required by law. We do not sell data in exchange for money.
- Google (Firebase, AdMob, consent): policies.google.com/privacy
- GameAnalytics: gameanalytics.com/privacy
- AppsFlyer: appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Unity (IAP): unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Ads are served by Google AdMob. How Google uses data from apps that show its ads: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Retention and security
Partners keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, according to their own retention policies (typically up to 14–26 months for analytics). Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. Your rights and data deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no account data, the quickest way to delete your data is described on our data deletion page. You can also email techmely.creation@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
Our partners may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, using safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the App.
